The Japan Karate Association (JKA) of California is led by Sensei Kenichi Haramoto, a 6th Dan black belt, certified instructor of the JKA, and an international referee; he began his training in Tokyo, Japan in 1962. Click here for a history of JKA of California and the JKA in USA.
